i have a lump in my lymph node

i have just been to the hospital about a lump ;they gave me an ultrasound scan and said the lump is in my lymph node she then put a needle into the lump and took some cells from it she said the scan showed no other lumps in the breast i now have to wait nearly three weeks for the results i am worried could you tell me what this could be
